PA/ Polyamide

The all type of polyamide are known as NYLON. Mechanical endurance of material is quite good.

Chemical resistance of PA is not good however it is resistant material against some acids and bases. Water absorption of PA is quite high. Because of absorption the dimensional stability is poor. Careful tolerance calculation and tooling needed. The absorption gives some advantages to molecular structure as vibration resistance.

Working Temperature

Between + 85 degree Celsius and – 40 degree Celsius.
